New Space crystal oscillators target satellite and space craft applications; surface mount packages offer peak performance demanded for low-earth orbit deployment in industry’s smallest footprint
Culver City, CA—October 22, 2019—Q-Tech Corporation, the world’s leading supplier of crystal oscillators for space, military, avionics and high temperature applications, introduces the QT723 and QT735 Series of space qualified crystal oscillators, offering satellite and space craft designers exceptional performance in the industry’s smallest surface-mount packages. These New Space, Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) oscillators are 50kRad(Si) total dose ionization radiation hardened, high shock (20,000 g) resistant and screened per MIL-PRF-55310, Level B with PIND.
The 2.5 x 3.2 mm QT723 Series offers models with user-prescribed 1.500 to 250 MHz, tri-state CMOS outputs powered by an input voltage of 1.8, 2.5 or 3.3 Vdc. The QT735 Series, in a slightly larger (3.2 x 5.0 mm) package, is offered in CMOS, LVDS and LVPECL versions with input voltages up to 5.0 Vdc and selectable frequencies from 1.000 to 250 MHz.
