Now after more than 35 successful years in the Space hybrid oscillator business our customer base has grown to include the entire international space community. Q-Tech’s B+ product line is a series of space clocks in a small form factor, as small as 5 x 7 mm.

The B+ family offers many choices and options. This allows you to either order a full space version of the product, or else to order a class B version for quicker delivery and lower cost, with full knowledge that a path to full space part exists.

We employ an active die such as FACT 54ACT3301NSC and a proprietary 0.8µm
BiCMOS technology die for LVCMOS and LVDS logics. We offer a wide range of frequencies from 450kHz to 250MHz, of supply voltages and logics from 1.8Vdc to 5.0Vdc HCMOS, 5.0Vdc TTL, 2.5Vdc and 3.3Vdc LVDS. While we offer a range of optimizable configurations, we can also optimize your specific needs and requirements even further with a custom Q-tech MCM part number.

2020 (Pending) Q-Tech introduces QT2020 Microcomputer Compensated Crystal Oscillators (MCXO) for High Reliability / Space applications.
2016 Q-Tech introduces QT780 Series Oscillators for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) applications.
2016 Q-Tech introduced Multiple Output (up to 12) Low Noise LVDS clock outputs in one package.
2015 Q-Tech adds LVPECL logic to B+ space product line.
2014 Q-Tech introduced the QT625S and QT725S space level SAW clocks and VCSOs.
2014 Q-Tech introduced the QT4200 Ultra Space OCXO, the smallest full-performance Space OCXO on the market.
2009 Q-Tech introduces the B+ line of affordable high-performance space oscillators with 3 and 4-Point Crystal Mount.
2008 Q-Tech introduced the QT4100 Space OCXO.
2005 Q-Tech introduced the new QT800 Series Space level TCXO, the most stable and lowest phase noise space TCXO on the market.
1999 Q-Tech received JPL/NASA Award for its contribution to the Cassini program.
1997 Q-Tech produced its first Space level VCXO.
1994 Q-Tech became the major supplier of hybrid crystal oscillators to virtually every satellite manufacturer in the United States.
1985 Q-Tech entered the Space Applications Market and received its first order for the MILSTAR program. In fact Q-Tech went on to receive TRW "Supplier of the Year Award" for the next two years in a row.
​​1972 Q-Tech was the first company to commercially produce hybrid crystal oscillators and the first company to appear on the MIL-O-55310 Qualified Products List for hybrid crystal oscillators.
