Q-Tech Space-Qualified Crystal Oscillators Offer Multiple CMOS Outputs
CMOS logic output units offer multiple operating voltages and improved phase noise; provides up to four identical outputs in a single package
Cypress, CA—April 12, 2022—Q-Tech Corporation, the world’s leading supplier of crystal oscillators for space, military, avionics, and high-temperature applications, introduces the QT625xL/xN Multiple Output series of space-qualified crystal oscillators providing up to four identical CMOS outputs designed to simultaneously drive multiple FPGAs. With the introduction of this series, designers now have the option of LVDS logic outputs (with lower power consumption) or CMOS logic outputs (with either 2.5 or 3.3Vdc supply voltage and improved phase noise).
QT625xL/xN Multiple Output series oscillators are fully space-qualified, with an operating temperature range of -55C to 125°C and 100 kRad(Si) radiation tolerance with a frequency range of 20 to 200MHz. All devices in this series are subjected to quality conformance inspection to MIL-PRF-38534, Class K modified screening.
